Our Policy

We strive to provide the best lash services on Earth. Please read our policy and help us achieve that. Thanks and stay awesome!

Deposits:

A small non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your first appointment and will be taken off after the appointment is complete. Your payment method will be securely saved for easy payment and/or applicable fees. Your payment method will not be shared with anyone under any circumstances, except when required by law.

We accept deposits via Venmo, or Zelle and Vagaro when booking online. We also accept card over the phone. Please call or text us at (858) 205-0629 for your deposit. Thank you so much!

Cancellation or reschedule:

Things happen. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please give us a call or text at (858) 205-0629.

We request that you give a notice no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in the event that you cannot make it. If the client misses an appointment, it is considered a "no show" appointment. Additionally, if a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment without prior notice, it will be considered as a "no show" appointment, and that appointment will be rescheduled. Also, if you miss more than 3 appointments, we reserve the right to charge you a service fee as stated below.

Applicable fees:

- Cancellation or reschedule less than 24 hours: up to 50% of the service cost.
- No show: up to 100% of the service cost.
