Membership Rules
MEMBERSHIP FEES:

Your first month's membership dues are due on the day of sign-up and then subsequently due on the same day of each month ("Monthly Due Date") after that, until canceled.

You will be charged monthly on the Monthly Due Date according to your membership program chosen with the preferred payment method on file.
MEMBERSHIP TERM & RIGHT TO CANCEL:

The Membership has no term commitments. Your Membership will automatically renew every month until canceled.

You can cancel your membership anytime at any salon or over the phone.

Unused Membership services do not roll over to the next month and are non-refundable once the membership is canceled.

Cancellation of your membership will terminate any benefits that come with any of the membership including the redemption of the unused membership services.

We reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of any membership package upon written notice and to cancel your membership at any time.

*ADDITIONAL RULES:

Each member is guaranteed 2 refills every month with the recommended 2 weeks cycle to maintain the health and appearance of your lashes. However, you can opt to get a refill up to 3 weeks. Unused refills do not roll over to the next month.

Due to the nature of first come first serve scheduling, members should book in advance to secure a slot that works with your schedule.
